KBIA represents AI systems that use accumulated knowledge to make informed decisions and perform complex tasks. These agents extend the boundaries of rule-based systems by applying such approaches and methods as semantic understanding, context-driven reasoning, and adaptive behavior. The study and application of KBIA promises a revolution in all areas of human activity, a change in the interaction between a person and a computer, and a rethinking of approaches to solving intellectual problems.
The development of KBIA is based on the combination of various fields of knowledge and technologies, including machine learning (ML), KR, natural language processing (NLP), cognitive science (CS) and robotics. This combination makes it possible to create agents capable of processing uncertain and incomplete information, imitating human reasoning processes and dynamically adapting to changing contexts.
In fig. 1 presents the general structure of the research object. Each of the structural elements of the hierarchy will be considered in more detail in the following subsections.
