1.4 KBIA in EL

The structure of the subject is shown in fig. 2 can be considered as a research road map: three strands of research - KR, IA, EL are studied from general analysis through design to proposals for implementation.

A typical university EL system course consists of the following types of learning resources: lectures presented as text documents or web pages; methodical materials for performing laboratory, practical, course work; tasks to perform work with possible parameterization of conditions by option; module and final tests; additional links to useful educational resources on the Internet are possible. The process of learning by means of EL is reduced to: downloading resources from the EL system; study of lecture texts, methodical materials, tasks; performance of tasks and preparation of text reports on the results; uploading reports to the EL system; passing module and final tests.

Disadvantages: static and flatness (insufficient hypertextuality) of text educational resources; linearity of the process of transition from task to task; insufficient connection of the results of the performance of some tasks to the performance of others; assessment and feedback on results are not synchronized with transitions between tasks; lack of possibility of self-assessment to determine the achieved state of competences; insufficient attention to collective work and cooperation.

The Scientific and Methodological Council of the Ministry of Education and Science of Ukraine developed the standards of higher education in accordance with the fields of knowledge [3]. These standards represent a set of characteristics and requirements for training in a specific specialty to achieve a certain educational level. Characteristics provide a description of the field and specialty: object; learning goal; theoretical content of the subject area; methods, techniques and technologies, etc. The requirements consist of a detailed description of the competencies (integral, general, special) that the acquirer of the education level must acquire.

Education standards are designed in the form of text documents intended for human reading and use. There is no structured form of presentation of education standards convenient for computer processing.

It is proposed to develop a prototype of a software module based on AOD, which will be possible to integrate into the existing EL system to correct the shortcomings listed above, which will make the learning process more adequate to the current level of information technology development. The software module should be built as a MAS consisting of specialized KBIAs. The Prometheus AUML methodology [1, 4] and the MAS architecture proposed in [5] can be taken as a starting point. An important component of the integration of KBIA software modules into the EL system can be the NLP subsystem, which would allow automating the processing of textual educational materials and their transformation into KB [6].

On the example of education standards [3] for specialties of the faculty of information technologies of the bachelor's and master's educational levels, develop ontologies of relevant subject areas and necessary competencies. Carry out semantic interdisciplinary coordination of the received ontologies. Build ontologies of existing educational work programs related to the specified specialties and align them with already developed ontologies. On the basis of the obtained results, formulate proposals for the design and implementation of an automated system for supporting the ontologies of educational work programs in an up-to-date coordinated state with the relevant education standards and among themselves. Explore the possibility of integrating such an automated system into the existing EL platform and spreading the proposed technology to other industries and specialties.
